It's a Pirate's Life for ME!

We all met at a Park/Beach to Celebrate Ethan's and Luke's 6th Birthday.  It was a beautiful day.   All the junior Pirates were ready for an adventure.   They decorated their Pirate bags ready to fill it with treasure if they could find the clues.
We read the first clue which brought us to a new spot to search for our second.  I have to say the clues were very well written and rhymed.
The Junior Pirates ran/walked all over searching for 10 clues to get to the treasure.  If you look carefully in the plant you'll see one of the bottles where the clue was inside.  Dexter got a little tired after the Third Clue so we hung out at the playground.  Paulina gave up a little at the 6th or 7th, but Alex wouldn't give up.  (The longer legs help too).
Alex was so proud she was able to find one of the clues.
We finally got to our last clue to dig and dig and find this impressive treasure chest.
Everyone sat and waited patiently to divide the booty.  Dexter tried to bypass the protocol of waiting his turn but alas he was caught in the act.
His sister kept him in check until their turn was up.  What glorious treasure!
Then we ate some adorable delicious cupcakes.
We also hit a treasure chest pinata and added candy to our booty.  Oh the fun never stopped.
Dexter loved the cheetos and Paulina enjoyed her candy.
Dexter must have still been hungry because we went to the beach afterward, and he liked the sand.
While we were enjoying the beach, a wedding party began right beside us.  Alex was playing her stick with the musicians.  They played the same music I did for my wedding (Bach- Air in G).
Some nice man from the party gave Paulina his bubbles and seeing Alex's long face his wife/girl friend gave Alex's hers.  What a perfect day!
