Christmas Eve

Welcome to the Deleon intimate Christmas Eve Party.
We start with eating some beautifully decorated cookies made by Granny.
We need some more sugar, so let's make a gingerbread house.  The girls took this project very seriously.
As usual, while the women did all the work, the men sat and talked.
The conversation was engaging.
Here we are eating all my wonderful appetizers (meatballs, shrimp cocktail, stuffed mushrooms, bacon wrapped hotdogs, chicken wings).  There was a couple I didn't even make, but we had too much.  My mom brought a couple of dips too.
Then we opened present from Grammy, Grandpa, and Aunt Christie.  Now my girls have their Christmas Dresses.

Time to Eat the Gingerbread house now.
Let's play with some of our presents too.  This Memory game from Aunt Christie (her favorite game as a kid) was a hit.  We found out Alex doesn't like to lose.  Thankfully she is pretty good.
